Important Notice & Declaration

By submitting the requested documents and proceeding with this onboarding process, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. All information and documentation provided are true, complete, accurate, and reflective of the applicant's financial and legal status as of the date of submission.
2. The applicant will notify Rawasi Capital in writing of any material changes that may affect eligibility or financial standing.
3. Submission of documents and completion of onboarding do not constitute a commitment, offer, or obligation by Rawasi Capital to extend credit facilities or financing. Approval remains subject to internal credit committees and final due diligence.
4. The applicant authorizes Rawasi Capital to engage third-party providers, credit bureaus, and relevant authorities to conduct due diligence and background checks. Non-public information will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. The applicant acknowledges any non-refundable onboarding and due diligence fees that may apply, payable regardless of the final credit outcome.
6. The applicant agrees to indemnify Rawasi Capital against losses, damages, or legal costs arising from misrepresentation, omission, or false information submitted during onboarding.
7. This declaration and onboarding process are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the borrower is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
